| I just had to thank you for such a lovely
job. The food was delicious and there were tons of compliments. Everyone
was so impressed by your fabulous presentation. In fact, one person
loved your carrot/pepper palm tree so much, she asked to take it home (don't
ask me what she was going to do with it!) and another attendee took the
cheese and radish mice. I think it was all so clever! Believe me, I've come
to understand the importance of good food at a gathering and that's why
I felt so comfortable having you do the catering. Not only do I think you're
a great person, I was so impressed by your professionalism and willingness
to accommodate all of our requests. Many people commented on what a
good idea the identification tags (for the dishes) were. They liked knowing
what they were eating! ... Thanks again, Jeannette, I appreciate all of

at the Schoharie A.R.C. complex on Route 30 in Schoharie. The food was

| What a lovely party. We were truly pleased
with its success! So many people complimented your professionalism and raved
about your delicious food. Isn't it funny how you could spend
a millions dollars to decorate for an occasion but if the food is bad that's
the only thing that people remember! On the other hand, decorations could
be minimal and if the food is fantastic people LOVE the party! Let's face
it- it's all about the food! |

thank you for the delicious food you were so kind to donate for our first
Epicurean Food Tasting Festival and Auction. You did such a beautiful job
with the presentation of your table! The event was a huge success and
it is due to the great support from the community members and area businesses
like yours! The Epicurean Food Tasting Festival and Auction will now be
an annual event due to the great turn out at this years' benefit. It was
truly a lovely evening for all in attendance and of course it benefits a
wonderful organization. We could not provide the level of care and range
of services without the loving support of our tri-county community. |

| Our daughters join us in thanking you once more
for making our 50th anniversary brunch for 140 friends and family such a
memorable event. It was a pleasure to work with you in planning the menu
and executing it with you and your husband. The setup in the tent was
very smooth. The food was outstanding and the way it was presented elicited
many oohs and ahs from our guests. We think that some of our downstate
guests didn't think that something like this could be done in "the
